About Smart Group Transport
Smart Group Transport is a family-run business, started in 2021. We provide home-to-school transport for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities in Worcestershire and Warwickshire. We also take airport transfers and pre-booked private hire journeys across Worcestershire.

Our work brings together drivers, passenger assistants and a fleet of cars, MPVs and minibuses. We speak with schools and local authorities about routes, seating, access and the support passengers need.
We work with around 150 drivers, and more than 50 are on the road each day.
Staff checks and vehicle licensing
Every driver and passenger assistant must have an enhanced DBS check. Smart Group arranges the check on their behalf.
All our company vehicles are licensed by Wychavon Council. Drivers who use their own vehicles on our contracts may be licensed by Worcester, Redditch or Malvern councils.
